Training built to br ready when it matters most.

Samuel Amador is the Founder and Lead Instructor of TAC-4CE Training, bringing over two decades of operational experience in military, multinational, and high-risk security environments. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps and served as a member of a specialized Recapture Tactics Team within Marine Corps Security Forces.

His operational background includes multiple combat deployments to Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and Ukraine, where he operated in complex, high-threat environments alongside coalition and partner forces. Throughout his career, he has advised, trained, and worked with military and security personnel from more than 30 nations across 19 countries, developing tactical capabilities, mentoring leadership, and supporting mission-critical operations.

He currently serves as a First Sergeant in the Army National Guard, providing senior enlisted leadership and ensuring the readiness, discipline, and professional development of Soldiers assigned to a Combat Advisor Team.

As a certified Terrorism Liaison Officer working in coordination with the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Southeast Florida Fusion Center, he remains actively engaged in the homeland security and intelligence community, supporting threat awareness and interagency collaboration.

Through TAC-4CE Training, Samuel delivers firearms instruction, defensive tactics, leadership development, and active shooter preparedness programs built on real-world experience. His training methodology emphasizes practical application, disciplined execution, and performance under pressure—preparing law enforcement, security professionals, and organizations to respond decisively when it matters most.

Operational Experience

Samuel’s background is built on real-world operations—not theory. His experience spans combat deployments, multinational training environments, and advisory roles supporting partner forces across the globe.

This operational foundation directly shapes TAC-4CE’s training methodology—ensuring every program is relevant, practical, and aligned with real-world threats and response requirements.

In his role as Operations Manager with Bryant Security, Samuel has led and supported security operations across a wide range of environments, including schools, religious institutions, and private organizations. His experience includes developing and implementing school security plans, designing protective programs for religious facilities, and supporting active shooter response planning and incident management.

This combination of operational and private-sector experience allows TAC-4CE to deliver training that not only prepares individuals for critical incidents, but also helps organizations build structured, effective security programs tailored to their specific risk environments.
